英訳お願いします

今度送別会の幹事になりました。 英語しか通じないレストランで予約を取りに行かなければなりません。 英語ダメ人間の私に以下の日本文を英訳してください、よろしくお願いします。
○１１月５日の昼、１５人のパーティを予約したいのですが。
○一人３０ドルの予算でアレンジしてください。
○飲み物は含まれますか？
○その際のメニューを今知りたいのですが、、、。
○内金は必要ですか？
○お勧めはなんですか？

その他にも「こんなふうに聞くとよい」ということがありましたらアドバイスお願いします。

提示されている箇条書きに忠実な一例として（飲み物はハード、ソフト両方と解します）、

○　I'd like to make a reservation for lunch for a party of 15 for
November 15.

○ Would you set it(=lunch) up within a budget of $30 per person?
(Our budget is $30 per person.)

○ Does that(it) include beverages?

○ What's on the menu? ( What items(dishes) you have on the menu?)

○　Do I have to make a deposit (a partial payment in advance)?

○ Are there any dishes(What dishes do) you recommend?

上記箇条書きにこだわれずに、

I'd like a reservation for lunch for 15 people for November 5. It's goint to be a kind of a 'farewell' party. Will a table be available?
...

We'd like to start the lunch at twelve noon for about 2 hours. Our budget including beverages is no more than $30 per person.

...

Tell me what dishes are available and what you recommend.

...

By the way, do we have to make a deposit?


私の経験（主にアメリカ）からですが、何時からかは必ず聞かれます。　また、15人規模だと、一つのテーブルは普通ないので、「同じ場所にテーブルを数卓」か「テーブルをいくつかくっつけてみんなが同じ「テーブル」を囲める」ようにしたりしてました（大きな個室があるレストランでは個室を予約ということも）。また、内金（前金）を要求するところはないのではないでしょうか。私は経験ありませんが・・・（前もって料理を特別に頼んでおくのと違いますから）。が、クレジット番号を教えてくれといわれたことは1,2度あったような気がします。

○ We would like to have a luncheon party of 15 people on November 5th.
○Could you arrange with the budget of $30 per person.
○Are the drinks included in that menu?
○I'd like to know that menu.
○Do I have to pay part payment?
○Do you have any dishes you recommend?

あまり自信はないですが。

○I would like to make a reservation for a party on November 15.
　There will be 15 members at the party.
　（または、15 persons will attend the party.）

○Would you please plan the menu by 30 Dollars par one member?

○Does it consist of some drinks?
　(または Does this price include some drinks?)

○Could you tell me the menu now?

○Is it necessary to pay money paid on account now here?

○Would you please tell me your recomendation?
　（もしくは What do you think is the recomendation at your
　 restaurant?）
