省略できないのですか？

...,as the way people keep time reflects their priorities and
even the way they view the world.

文の構造は分かったのですが

どうしてthe way they view the worldの後ろにreflects their prioritiesが省略されているのはなぜ考えられないのですか？

the way people keep time reflects A and even B という構文だからです。

as the way people keep time reflects their priorities and even the way they view the world (reflects their priorities).

のように解釈することは、文法的（＝構文上）は可能だと思います。
ご質問で引用されている部分だけ見るなら、そういう解釈でも、それほどおかしくはありません。
(もっとも、そういう意味にしたいなら、as the way people keep time, and even the way they view the world, reflect their priorities.のような語順の方が、より普通かもしれません）

もし「そのような解釈は絶対にできない」が正解だとするなら、それは、“as the way people keep time”の前の文章とあわせたときに、全体の意味がすっきり通らないからではないでしょうか。
