it takes one and a half hours to come here from my houseか
it takes one and a half hours from my house to come hereどちらが自然な感じなのでしょうか？？

　語順は＃１さんのおっしゃる通り、あまり変わらないと思います。

　実際問題としては交通手段の特定が聞かれるでしょうね。それを予想して

　By car, it takes me an hour and a half to get here from home.

On foot, .... By train, ...

　と特定するのが普通かも知れません。

どっちでも大体同じです。

それか、From my house, it takes one and a half hours to come here.でもいいですよ＾＾
使いやすいほうで。
