特殊な分数や指数、及び大なり小なりの読み方について


１、次のものは（読もうと思った場合）どう読めばいいのでしょうか。
予想で読み方を書いてみますが、これらの読み方は許される（使われる）のでしょうか。
とりあえず、分数の方は x over y
指数の方は x to the power y
で許されるような気がするのですが、他の読み方はどうなのでしょうか。

分数
・1/1 a first, one first, one over one
・5/1 five firsts, five over one
・1/0 a zeroth, one zeroth, one over zero
・0/0 zero zeroth, zero over zero

指数
・1^1 one to the first (power), one to the power one, one to the one
・5^1 five to the fifth (power), five to the power one, five to the one
・1^0 one to the zeroth (power), one to the power zero, one to the zero
・0^0 zero to the zeroth (power), zero to the power zero, zero to the zero
・5^(2/5) five to the power two over five 等？多義的に取れることは不可抗力？


２、文章中に出てくる大なり小なりはどう読めばいいのでしょうか。
つまり、
x > y だと x is greater than y ですが、
You substituted x > y for z.
等の場合はどう読めばいいのでしょうか。
x whichとすれば大丈夫ですが、やたら長いような気がします。
・・・よく考えると、日本語でもいまいち読み方がわかりませんが。
あなたはx大なりyをzに代入しました、でしょうか。

1.　読もうと思った場合、上の様な読み方で合ってると思います。

2.　You substituted x, which is greater than y, for zでいいんじゃないですかね？私ならそう読みます。
