If you do not wish to book another car, a refund will be processed automatically after the 24 hours, or you can initiate a full refund before that by going to the cancelled trip’s details from your dashboard on Turo. You should receive the full refund within 3 to 5 business days from the date it was initiated.

I have also provided you with $30 of travel credit to help make up for the inconvenience this may have caused.
