いるでしょうね。

もし、「どこか動物園へ行きたいな」、というのなら、"a zoo"
この話の前にすでに動物園の話があって、「その動物園にはいってみたいね」なら、"the zoo"

下記例文でも、 "a" か "the" が付くか、複数になっています。

私は動物園に行きたい、と言いたいなら、まずは、

want to (do) = ～することを欲する・～したい、のパターン、を使って
I want to go にしないといけません。そして、どこへ行きたいか、の部分
を言う時に、動物園が、どこにある動物園であれ、どこでも良いから、一つの
動物園に行きたいという意味合いなら、to a zoo で、冠詞は、数えられる名詞と
結びついて、”任意の一つ”　～ 同じ種類ならどれでも良い、一つの物・人～の意
味を表す a を使います。それに対して、"あの、例の、この前テレビで見た、etc."
などの意味合いの ”特定の” 動物園に行きたいなら、to the zoo が正しいのです。
冠詞 a と the の使い分けが出来ないと、減点される可能性は高いでしょう。

減点か、という問いなら減点です。

go to school の場合は勉強をしにいく、もっと抽象化して、学業を積む、の意味になりますが、go to zoo にはそこまでの意味はないため、冠詞は必要です。
