当店に来る日本語×な外人さんに説明をしてあげたい

当店ネットカフェを経営しております。

最近外人さんが出入りをするようになりました。
非常に大人しい方なんですがやりとりがちゃんと出来ません。

当店のシステムを理解いただきたいのですが、これを英語で言いますとどうなるのでしょうか？

１　当店は時間制システムです。一時間半（９０分）まで
　　は１オーダーです。以降は１０分３０円の時間料金が
　　掛かります。
　　ですので同じ物を頼んでも利用時間によって価格が変
　　動する場合があります。


２　これは裏技なんですけど、あなたはいつも複数オーダ
　　ーしますからその都度清算されてはいかがでしょうか？
　　そうしたら２オーダーで１８０分、３オーダーで２７
　　０分になりお得ですよ！


こんな感じなんですが、お解りになる方、忙しいとは思いますがどうぞよろしくお願い致します。

以下の通りでどうでしょうか？

Our charges are based on the price of your order and the time of usage. With one order, you get 90 minutes. After that, it's 30 yen for each additional 10 minutes. Because of that, there might be a different charge even if you've ordered the same item.

If you want to know a trick for saving money, since you usually order several items you'd be able to save by paying for them separately. That way, you could order 2 items and get 180 minutes or 3 orders and 270 minutes!

（「当店は時間制システムです。」とありましたがオーダーの代金プラス時間制の料金、のようなのでそのあたりを説明してみました。）

大変失礼しました。意味がやっとわかりました。
#3の方がすばらしい回答をされているので、これ以上の回答は必要ないかとも思いましたが、一言謝りたかったので、、、
１、については＃３の方の回答を少しパクります。
Our price system is based on the your order and the time of usage. With one order, you get 90 minutes. After that, it's 30 yen for each additional 10 minutes. So there will be a different chrage even if you stay same duration of time.

２、については僕なりの口語的な訳をのせておきます。
You might want to pay individually, when you have more than 2 orders. With this trick, you get 180 minites with two items. (so i you choose any item which price is less than 270 yen, it will be cheaper. (この比較は３０円を払うよりという意味になります。)) This is a little secret, though.

Rates(time system)：

1) One order|| ~90 minuits
This contains drink(s).
After this \30/10 mimuits

Attention! the same time does not mean the same fee!!

2) For more than two orders we have the special rate: please pay each order separately, e.g.,
180 minuits/2 orders, 270 minuits/3 orders. These does not includ drink(s).

こんな感じでも伝わるでしょう。。

We have a time system, which indicates 90 minite as a one session. If you like to stay after the session, it cost you 30yen per 10 minite .
「ですので、同じ者を頼んでも利用時間によって価格が変動する場合があります。」
この文章の意味がわからないので訳せません。
「複数オーダーしますから」
という意味もよくわかりません。この人はいつも１オーダーしかしないから、利用料金がかさんでしまうため複数のオーダーをお勧めしたいのですよね？

最後にひとつ質問させてください。
経営されてるのは本当にネットカフェですか？

なおこーいった文章を翻訳ソフトなどで訳そうとするのは無理だとお思います。

If it is always liquidated from two or more order in every case by you, how about you though this is a tip?Then, 270 minutes have passed by three orders since it became 180 minutes two orders and it does by obtaining.
