自由英作文の参考書

を探しています。持っているものは、解答例として、とてもじゃないけど、こんな単語、知らないよとかこんな構文、だれも使えないよ、というような高度な英文ばかりです。とてもじゃないけど、受験生のさんこうにはなりません。もっと高校生レベルでかけるような解答例が載っている問題集とか参考書があれば教えてください。

これはある意味英語の対策というより国語の対策が必要ですね。

普段から物事を論理的に考えて自分の意見を言える能力を培う必要性があります。そのためにはいろんな事柄に関心を持ち、自分ならこうするということをいつも考えてそれを書きだす癖をつけましょう。そのためには、あるテーマについて「何故（why）そのことが問題になっているのか？」「どうやって（how）それが問題になったのか？」を中心に考えをすすめていくことです。そうすれば自然と「誰（who）」「何（what）」「いつ（when）」「どこで（where）」もでそろてくるでしょうから、何をどのように書いていいか分からないということもなくなると思います。
そうやって書いた日本文を英訳すればいいのです。
そのために「DeepL翻訳」を使ったらいいですよと私は言ってるのですよ。

高校英語でかける英語というのがどういうのを行っているのかわかりませんが（しっかりと使いこなせばかなり高度な文はかけるとは思うけど、かと言って無駄に小難しくするのはよくないけど）。
