どなたか、英訳お願いします。

お祭りについて一言：
９月１１日（日）に北秋田市で行われました
太鼓祭りに行って来ました。
日本一の大きさを誇る大太鼓は４メートル近く
もあり、その上に３人の男性が登り、鳴り響く
太鼓の音は壮大で迫力を感じました。
太鼓の前で舞うダンスも素晴らしく、皆さん
いきいきとしていた姿が印象的でした。

日本語もおかしいと思いますが、意味合いが通じる

訳注：

北秋田市は市のHPで[Kitaakita]と出ています。ハイフン等は入らないようです。
「大太鼓」は[odaiko]と表記されていますので、それに従いました。
訳では最初、'Odaiko Matsuri' or "Big Drum Festival"とし(orは「言い換えれば、つまり」の意味です)、次に"odaiko drums"としています。写真では2つあるので、複数にしています。

追記：
秋田の方にはよく行かれるのですね。
今日は天気もよく素晴らしかったことでしょう。

I visited the festival called 'Odaiko Matsuri' or "Big Drum Festival" in Kitaakita City, Akita Pref. on Sunday, Sep. 11.
Odaiko drums, nearly four meters high, are the largest in Japan, and the beating sound of the drums that three men rode on was magnificent and powerful.
Dancing in front of the drums was wonderful, and the lively dance was so impressive.

It was held in Kitaakita City on Sunday, September 11th.

I went to a drum festival.
The large taiko drum, which boasts the largest size in Japan, is nearly four meters long.
There is also, on top of which three men climb and resound
The sound of the taiko drums was grand and powerful.
The dancing in front of the taiko drums was also wonderful, everyone
I was impressed by how lively they were.
