すみません、以下の日本文

「在留期間は、30日、90日、3ヶ月、6ヶ月、1年の5通り、および月単位で許可されます。」

の、英語訳を以下のとおり

There are five kinds of stay periods: 30 days, 90 days, 3 months, six months, 1 year, and the one which is permitteted on a monthly basis.

で訳してみたのですが・・・
and 以下の文が少々不安なので、ご意見をお願いいたします。
月単位で許可される期間は様々だから、the ones which are の方がいいかなと思ったりもしてます。

すでに指摘されているようですが、kinds of は避けた方がいいですね。種類ではなく、単に長さを述べたものだと思いますから。five different periods of stay, five possible periods of stay, five categories of period of stay などとすると良いですね。

月単位でというのは、５つの在留期間はそれぞれ、月の初めから終わりまでというように、一ヶ月単位でという意味だと解釈しましたが、それでいいでしょうか？そうでしたら、each stay is permitted とするといいと思います。

一文になっていますが、できれば２文にした方が分かり易いかも知れませんね。　Each stay is permitted on ....

(1) この在留期間は「分類」であって「種類」ではありませんので、kindは不適切です。

また、今回の場合はfive stay periodsだけで十分です。

(2)　構文的には、以下の構文をお勧めしますが、There are～の構文を使用する場合は、six months and 1 year, and～のようにandを入れなければなりません。このようにsix monthsの後にandを入れないと、6つのstay periodsという意味になってしまいます。

(3)　 a monthly basisの対象は総称的な1つの期間ですので、単数でokです。また、the one permitted on a monthly basis.で十分です。

ただし、在留期間は、法律で定められているのですが、「5つの期間と1ヶ月単位の期間が許可されている (=設けられている)」としたほうが良いと思います。

訳例
Five stay periods are permitted (=provided): 30 days, 90 days, 3 months, six months and 1 year, and the monthly one.
