A and B という２つの名詞をまとめて関係代名詞の先行詞にできますか？

タイトルの通りの質問です。"A and B" をまとめて関係代名詞の先行詞にすることは可能でしょうか。

普通に　.... A and B which is ...　という文章を書くと B だけが先行詞になってしまうのではないかと思うのですが、如何でしょうか。

例文を添えて解説して頂けると大変助かります。

関係代名詞 that が好んで用いられるパターンとして，

人とものがセットで先行詞になる場合があります。
who も which も使えず，どちらにも使える that ならいい。

Look at the boy and the dog that are running over there.
「向こうを走っている男の子と犬をご覧なさい」
たいていこんな例文が載っています。

英語の場合，動詞の形を見れば，複数呼応しているならともに先行詞とわかりますが，
どちらにもとることができるというのは言語の限界としてやむを得ない部分があります。

「昨日買ってきたペンとノートを使った」
この日本語でも「昨日買ってきた」が「ペン」だけにかかるのか，「ペンとノート」にかかるのかあいまいです。

"both of which"という表現があります。
