返金したい 英語ではどう書けばいい？

あるhpで商品を注文したのですが、それの内容が自分の持ってる物とほとんど同じ
だったため、返金してもらいたいと考えています。
正直言えば、いかにも商品内容が違うかのように書かれており、
さらに値段が持ってる物よりもさらに高かったわけです。
当然、いかなる理由でも返金を受け付ける旨は明記してありますので、
その辺は問題ありません。

言いたい事は、
「○月○日にAを注文した～（自分の名前）ですが、
内容がBと酷似しており、Bは持っているので、
返金お願いします」

なのですが、これをもっとマイルドというか、あまりぶしつけにならない程度に、
しかしはっきりと内容を伝えるような英文をどなたかお願いします。

I'm ～ who orderd A from you. I'm afraid A is almost same as B which I already have and was cheaper.
On your Web site, it is written that your customers can return the goods for any reasons.
So, I'd like to return A and ask you to refund. Could it be alright?

The content seems to me very similar to B, which I　have B. So would you refund my payment?


実際は前後に定形の文言を追加して

Hello yyyyy,

I would like to ask your favor regarding the products I　received the other day.

My name is xxxx and I　placed an order for A on December 25, 2010. The contents of the product is very similar to B, but I have a B already. If possible, I　would like to have the refund of my payment as you gave me a word that you would refund for any reason.
