for whichのwhichが示すもの

が上手く訳せません。for whichのwhichは何を指しているのでしょうか。

We (as a supplier/exporter) will send to you (the European official) a list of "products"

と書き換えれば for which は　a list of products を示すはずですよね。すれば、for whichの繋がりは下記のどちらかになるはずです。

there are harmful chemicals (for a list of products) that are not intended to be registered.
or
there are harmful chmeicals that are not intented to be registered for a list of products.

どちらが正しい構文解釈になるかは確証はないのですが・・・後者になると思う。

「（我々の提示する）商品リストに（貴国に置いて）登録すべき危険な化学物質は無い。」

We will send a list of “products” supplied to you, for which there are substances that are not intended to be registered.

「その輸出商品リストを送る・提示する。」と言うことではないのかな・・・・・

yesにチェックをいれれば、EUの税関ですでに登録されている危険物だけのリストを提示して輸出の許可を得ることになり、noにチェックを入れれば　EUの税関に登録されていない危険物がリストの中に有り新たな申請が必要になるとおもう。

上記の解釈で良いのか相手に聞くか、international tradeに精通している弁護士に確認を取られるのが良いと思う。

a list of “products” supplied to you　以外にはないと思います。

私には妙な英文に見えますが、見慣れないせいかもしれません。何かのリストを送るけど、登録するつもりでなかったものが入っている、ってことでしょうか。
