　２番目の文は少し語順が変な感じです。また grandfleet は grand fleet の誤りでしょう。

　This sea fight [ that lost “Akagi” “Kaga” “Soryu” “Hiryu” these four main aircraft carriers ] will greatly control the fate of the Japanese grandfleet.

　[ ] の中を無視すると　This sea fight will greatly control the fate of the Japanese grandfleet.　という単純な文になります。

　全体を訳すと

　「ミッドウェー海戦は帝国日本海軍の完全な敗北に終わった。この戦闘で日本側は 赤城 加賀 蒼龍 飛竜 という４隻の主要な航空母艦を失い、それが日本側の命運を左右した」

ミッドウェイ海戦は、大日本帝国海軍の完敗に終わった。

この海戦による《赤城》《加賀》《蒼龍》《飛龍》の主力航空母艦4艙の損失は、
帝国海軍の命運を大きく左右することとなる。

ミッドウェーの戦いは、大日本帝国海軍の完全敗北で終結した。

この海戦で、日本海軍の艦隊の采配を大いに振るはずの4つの主要空母「赤城」、「加賀」、「蒼龍」、「飛龍」を失った。
