能動態に直すと
children are actually to have that from doing them
子供たちはそれらのことをすることから、実際にそれを得る。

that can even be imagined.
それは想像することだってできる。

thatはall the delightを指していると思います。

全体では、
「（子供たちは）それらのことを実際にすることによって喜びを得るだけでなく、そういう喜びを想像で得ることさえできるのです」
のような趣旨と思います。

文法解釈はthatをどのように見るか、一つはthatが主語とする節でthat＝all the delightと考える。

または、先行詞をall the delightとした関係代名詞節。たぶん後者と考えるのが妥当で、解りやすくするために、thatをwhichと置き換え、from doing them=from doing these thingsとみなすと

children who do none of these things get all the delight, not only which is to be actually had from doing these things, but which can even be imagined.

主部は
大人の人達がすることをしない子供達
述部
これらのことを実際にやってみて得る(喜び）のみならず想像するするだけでも得る(喜び）
動詞
すべてを得る。

大人がする事などしない子供達であっても、それらの事を実際にやってみて得る喜びだけではなく、想像するだけても得ることができる喜びのすべての喜びを得る。
