通常はメールタイトルや送信元アドレスから規則性を見つけて、メーラーでフィルタリングすると思います。

メールを携帯以外で使用する場合、スパムは避けて通れません。

具体的にどうしたいかが書いてないので、
答えとしては、

・メールの利用をやめる。
・週に１度ぐらいの割合でメルアドを変える。

ぐらいでしょうか。
