英会話スクールに通う為に脳出血の後遺症で、左半身の麻痺（左手は全く動きませんが独歩は可能）です。
更に見た目にはわかりにくい障害で半盲があります（http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%90%8C%E5%90%8D% …）
←と言う事を事前に知らせておきたいので英会話スクールの先生に送りたいのですが
どなたか、英文訳にしていただけないでしょうか？
厚かましいお願いですがどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
窓口の方には、伝えてあるのですが、上手く伝わっていないようなので・・・
ご協力よろしくお願い致します。

I would like to tell you before the class starts that I had a stroke caused by a cerebral hemorrhage and my left side is paralyzed (I cannot control my left hand, but I can walk unassisted), further, though it is not easy to spot from the outside I have a case of homonymous hemianopsia.

I'm not sure if I should inform you of the following before I see you at your school, but I just don't like to trouble you when we meet for the first time. So let me introduce a little bit of myself, because I have several disabilities. This is "the instruction manual."

このようなメールを送るべきかどうか迷ったのですが，登校当日になって皆様を驚かせることがあってはいけないと思いお知らせすることにいたしました．実は私は現在障害と奮闘中です．私の「取扱説明」をご覧ください．


I'm still suffering from after effects from a stroke and I still can't move the left side of the body, but I can walk by myself--it takes time though. And the left side of my visions are missing--they call it "homonymous hemianopsia", which I call..., I can't see it!

脳出血の後遺症から左半身の麻痺が続いております．ただなんとかひとり歩行は可能です（のろいのが嫌だけどね）．さらに，外見では分からないことですが，視界の左側を失ったままです．専門的には半盲というのですが，私はあいにく見たことがありません．


Anyway I'm looking forward to seeing you and learning English with you soon!

こんなふうですが，学校で皆様と会える日を楽しみにしています．もちろん英語の習得も．
