ヘンゼルとグレーテルの童話の中に

discover a large cottage built of gingerbread and cakes, with window panes of clear sugar.
Hungry and tired, the children begin to eat the rooftop of the candy house,。。。。。。
と言うのがあります。　「お菓子の家」　”the candy house”　ですね。

これにかこつけて、お菓子の国　は　”a candy world”　”a candy country” 　あたりと思います。
ニュアンスによって使い分ければいいかなとおもいます。

lollypop world かな。

昔、水浸しの世界を描いた映画で water world というのがありました。ディズニーのアニメで cool world というのもあった。
一概に名詞２語で 「なんちゃら world」 とやると英語っぽくなります。cookie world とかね。
でも日本語の「お菓子」にぴったりあう英語はないので、cookie にせよ candy にせよ、何を選んでも菓子の中の一部分だけを表した表現になります。
それならいっそ lollypop。　意味はペロペロキャンディーですが、子どもの好きそうな原色といい、ちょっと体に悪そうな甘さといい、お菓子の国のイメージにぴったりかもしれません。
