英語セリフの最後の箇所が聞き取れません。

この動画はアメリカがナチスと日本に分割統治されている設定の映画のシーンなのですが、アメリカの「忠誠の誓い」の改変のようなセリフの最後が何を言っているか聞き取れません。

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the Axis Powers of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under rule, divided, with liberty and justice for ○○.

”私はアメリカ枢軸国国旗と、それが象徴する、○○のための自由と正義を備えた、秩序の下に分割された一国家である共和国に、忠誠を誓います。”

○○に入る言葉と訳を教えてください。あと私が書いた箇所に間違いがあったら教えてください(dividedの後のwithとか訳の分割された一国家とか)。

アメリカ合衆国の忠誠の誓い

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
「私はアメリカ合衆国の国旗と、その国旗が象徴する共和国、神のもとに統一さ れ全ての人々に自由と正義が約束された不可分の国に忠誠を誓います」

を捩った文。

”私はアメリカ枢軸国国旗と、それが象徴する共和国、秩序のもとに統一され何人にも許されない自由と正義で束縛された分割された国家に忠誠を誓います。”

と言う皮肉つた意味になると思う。
