マインクラフト側の事を知らないので、

ログを走り読みしての推測ですが・・・

最近？メンテナンス、もしくはイベントのアップデートなどで
構成ファイル（登場キャラクターなど？）が整理されたのでしょうか。
この時に、質問者さんが使用しているゲーム中の材料（便宜上「要素」）に
整理の対象のものがあり、
新しい状況では削除となったようです。
そのため、起動する際に必要な情報を確認しにいくと
・見つからない。
・コレも見つからない。
・コッチも見つからない。
・マタ見つからへん。
・もう、やってられへんわぁ。
と、ふてくされてすねているようです。
（あっ、これは私の表現の都合です。。。）

システムのアップデートなどで、
情報の更新のお知らせなどがないか
確認されてみてはどうでしょう。

この推測が正解なら、
ログの一部にある下記ＵＲＬに
「新しいのインストールしてね」
みたいな内容のものがあります。
