上記の単語だと名詞と動詞がごっちゃになっているので、名詞として英英辞典から意味を取ります。

従って、instruct　→instruction, guide, informationです。
英単語の意味やニュアンスの違いをより理解したければ、出来るだけ英英辞典から意味を取っていった方がいいです。

instructionとは、指導、指示、教授。実用的・有益な知識を与えること・もの。
guideとは、指標、指針。行動や意見の規範を示すこと・もの。
informationとは、(事実)情報。報道などで事実として伝えられること・もの。

最初は英和辞典と英英辞典を併用し、慣れてきたら英英辞典で意味を引けるようにしていったらいいと思います。
