「国家に友人なし。あるのは国益のみ」という格言の出典は？

ちょっと検索して調べてみましたが、この言葉の出典はタレーランだとかパーマストンだとかチャーチルだとかキッシンジャーだとか諸説が飛び交っており、はっきりしたことは判りませんでした。また、この文言そのままではなく多少言い回しが違う形でも世に伝わっているようです。

できれば、誰々の発言としてどの本の何ページに載っているといった形で明確な出典が知りたいと思います。詳しい方がいらしたら、教えていただけませんか。

とりあえず　Yale　だから　信憑性は高い
