英作文の添削お願いします。

問題文
人生の流れは何気ない他人の言葉がきっかけでその方向を１８０度変えてしまうことがある。

words seem casual = で「何気なく見える言葉」ですが、ちょっと意味が通りませんね。
went in = go in ではちょっと意味不明ですね。

The course of one's life sometimes can change 180 degrees by others' casual words.

180度正反対の方向への転換、、、ならこんな書き方もありますが、
180-degree turn in the opposite direction




私自身は、中々難しくてこんなモンしか思いつきませんでした。

何気ない、、が難しいですので、「unintentionally」(そんなつもりはないのに喋った言葉」ってしました。
other people 他の人々、、としましたが、 othersでも結構です。　見知らぬ人なら「stranger」でも
drastic = 劇的な
counterturn

Your life can be changed in the directly opposite direction by the words you happen to hear.

Your life can be changed in the directly opposite direction by someone's unconcerned words.

等など。

入試との事なので、軽はずみな回答は出来ないのですが。

問題文の英作としては二番目が、よく出来ていると思います。
一つ、気になるのは、私も「何げない言葉」を casual words と訳した事でしょうか？
間違いではありませんが、私の日本語的感覚が、もっと適当な語があるのでは？と言うのです。
「何げない言葉」すなわち、後で考えれば本人には何の意味も持たない言葉、人生を反対方向に変えるにはお粗末過ぎる言葉ですよね？
私なら、careless words とすると思います。
The course of one's life sometimes can turn to 180 degrees opposite direction by others careless words.
でも、これは正誤の問題ではなく、好みの問題ですのであくまでも、ご参考程度に考えて下さい。

上記のサイトにありますように、

「１８０度変えてしまう」と言う英文には”make an about-face”が良く使われます。

Some innocent/unintentional words make/touch off a complete about-face of one’s tranquil life.

方向を変えるは、この場合、turn it(your life) all around ですね。

Every word from others can turn it all around.
