I'm sorry I couldn't reply you sooner.

I've been in a bad health because of the newly-happened business trouble.
I presume now you are busy preparing for the day after tomorrow's dance and don't take it too far. We both would have a trouble if we could not work.

Anyway, I'm really sorry I won't be able to see you the day after tomorrow,

Sorry I couldn't answer sooner.
There've been more problems with work, and I've been under the weather.
I'm sure you're busy getting ready for the dance the day after tomorrow, but don't push yourself too hard.
Well be in a tough situation if neither of us is able to work.
I regret not being able to look in on things the day after tomorrow, but I hope everything goes well for you.
