委任状の文ですが、意味が分かりません。どなたか教えてください。

（前に名前が出ている人たちは）すべて私が知っている人物であり

上記文書を作成し、私に対して当該行為が自由な意思による行為であることを自認した人たちと同一人物であると、私がが知っている人物である

基本的な実務のて手順としては
公証人にパスポートや免許証等を見せて、本人確認をしてもらう→それでknown to meということになる。
その後、公証人の目の前で文書に署名→known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument
そして、「この文書は確かに私が自由意思で作成しました」と公証人に対して自認→known to me to be the same persons who ... acknowledged that the same is their free and voluntary act
が標準的。

文書が文書に名前が表示されている本人によって有効に作成されたことを証明する文言の一部でしょう。

上記の名前の方々は公証人の私に知られており（知っており）私からすれば名前と顔が一致する。

この方々は上記に述べた決め事を執行し

その遂行は彼らの自由で自発的なおこないであること認めます。
