I'm at a loss for words. ＝（あきれて）何を言っていいか分りません。

1.When words won't come when you want them to
「言おうとしても言葉が出てこない」

2. You talk nonstop, but fail to convey your thoughts/emotions effectively
「しゃべり続けていても、効果的に自分の考えや感情を伝えられない」
