海外のホテルに送る英文訳をお願いします

予約が二つに分かれておりますが、そのまま部屋を通しで使えるようにお願いします。
バンコクの空港に24日の朝５時に到着予定の為、ホテルには午前８時-９時ごろ到着予定ですので
予約を取消されないようお願いします。

予約No222222222の方は朝食付きプランです。よろしくお願いします。

（朝から部屋に入りたいため、23日から予約を追加した形です）

I found 2 reservations were confirmed but divided into two.I hope to use both rooms as one.

As we will arrive at Bankok international Airport at AM:500 on 24th,We can be there to your hotel around 8-9.
Please do not cancel the resevation.

Our reservation No.2222222 is with breakfast.Thank in advance.

ざっくり作りました。

カッコ内の日本語はアルファベットで、
また予約情報、到着便の詳細があった方がいいと思うのでかなり追記しています。
personやnightの後の(s)は、複数ならつける、単数なら不要と言う意味です。
到着便がスワンナプームではなくドンムアンの場合、BKKをDMKにしてください。

Dear Reception Manager,

My name is (予約氏名フルネーム) having reservations of your hotel
by (予約確認書に出ている旅行代理店名、またはホテル直で取った場合は your site等).
The reservation numbers are No1111111111 and No2222222222.
Each reservation is for (宿泊人数) person(s) by my name.
No1111111111 is from (宿泊初日月日) for (泊数) night(s).
No2222222222 is from (宿泊初日月日) for (泊数) night(s) including breakfast.

I would like to ask you following.
1. Could you arrange to offer the same room for 2 reservations?
2. The estimated check-in time would around 08:00 or 09:00 am on 24th (月の英語)
so please do not cancel the reservation from 23rd (月の英語)

For your information, I am arriving at BKK at 05:00 by (便名) on 24th (月の英語),
and I am going to use a room from the morning on the day.
