なのですが　なぜ　onlyとtoの間にpersonが入るのですか？　person the only to understand me ではいけないのですか？

a person to help her
なのですが

ではダメなのですか？

（3）答えが
to put things in なのですが
to put in thingsではダメなのですか？

（4）は答えは
which book to read first なのですが
which to read first bookではダメなのですか？

またwhich to と　which 名詞　to は何が違うのですか？

これはもう不定詞の問題では有りませんね。

解決すべき課題はもっとほかにありますよ。
