以下の2文は完全に文法的に間違った文ですか？

1.It is impossible to tell when they will have visited us again.

2.Last year I gave him a book for his birthday, but at the party next week I wll have given him a CD.

1は「彼等がいつ来ているのか話すのかは分からない」

2は「昨年、私は彼の誕生日に本をあげましたが、来週のパーティではＣＤをあげているでしょう」

という意味にはなりませんか？

語句補充問題でwillとwill haveが出て、will haveでも文法的に正しい文になるのではないかと思ったので

will have はなんかへんです。

ここは will ですね。
will have をつかうなら

It is impossible to tell wheather they will have visted us by the end of year.とかになるのでは。

２つめも
but by the time the party is held, ....
のようなかんじになるのでは。

日本語訳が出てない場合の選択問題は、どの選択肢がベターかが重要ですので、ＡがベターでＢもありというケースはＴＯＥＩＣ　でもあるのでその場合はベターなほうを選べばよいと思います。

うーん、1なんかは、日本語の意味もよくわからないんだけど・・。

「彼等がいつ私たちを訪ねに来るか分からない」という意味だとすると、I (We) have no idea when they would visit us.　又は、I wonder if they would visit us. 口語体なら、I have no idea when they are going to visit.　など。

2も時制が一致していません。また、「for his birthday」って言うかなか～？
Last year I gave hime a book ON his birthday, but I would give him a CD at the party in next week.
って感じかな？
