もっと堅苦しい書き方もありましょうが、取り敢えず、、、、

It is our great regret that we do not accept and ship your order bound for South East Asian countries. This is because we have to take tentative countermeasure to protect ourselves from the frequent false payment by the illegally-obtained credit cards. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding and cooperation.

We are sorry to say that we are suspending any sales to the Southeast Asian Area for an indefinite length of time.

The reason for this decision is because of the frequent illegal use of counterfeit credit cards in other people's names found in the internet orders from the area. We are forced to take this unilateral defensive action for the rising amount of damage we are sustaining.
