２　I prefer skating to sking （skating をto-不定詞を使って）
３　It is not so much his ideas as his ideals that area bad.（ratherを使って）
４　As soon as he saw me , he ran away.（no soonerを使って）

1. He saw the movie as many times as ten.

2. I like to skate more than to ski.
3. It is his ideas rather than his ideals that are bad.
4. No sooner saw he me, he ran away.

１　He saw the movie as much as ten times.

as many as でもいいです。模範解答はおそらく many でしょう。
as often as も可。

２　I prefer to skate rather than to ski.
to 不定詞にすると，prefer A to B の to とダブるので，rather than を用いる。
like なら I like to skate better than to ski.

３　It is rather his ideals than his ideas that are bad.
It is his ideals rather than his ideas that are bad.
not so much A as B
＝rather B than A
＝B rather than A
＝more B than A
「A というよりもむしろ B」

４ He had no sooner seen me than he ran away.
No sooner had he seen me than he ran away.
「～したとたん」の書き換え。
no sooner の部分は過去完了。
