英語のメールなのですが相手が何を言っているのかよくわかりません。

ある商品のサンプルを依頼した所送料が80ドルと言われました。相手の口座に海外送金は済ませたのですが、相手はレターとTransaction Summary を送って欲しいと言ってきました。Transaction Summaryとレターの意味が分からずどういったものか、サンプル（雛形）はあるか？と聞いた所、下記のメールが届きました。
レターのサンプルが付属していましたのでそれは記載の上送ったのですが、相手がTransaction Summaryも早く送って欲しいと言っています。しかし以下の説明でもTransaction Summary がどういったものか私には分かりません。

送料を送金した際の控えのPDFを要求しているように感じるのですが・・・私はSMBC信託銀行のウェブサイトから電子送金しており「控え」というのはありません。銀行にも直接電話で聞きましたがネット送金の場合、控えは無いとの事です。まずTransaction Summaryとはどういったものか以下の文章から読み取れるでしょうか・・・？




もし送金の控えを求めている場合どういったら良いかと考えています。よろしければ以下を英文にしてもらえると助かります。

銀行のウェブサイトから送金手続きを行なったため、Transaction Summary、領収書、T/T copyは存在しません。（銀行が提供していません）


Here's a sample letter for paying us freight charges. Please find the attachment file. And write it on your company's letter head and sign and stamped it. and send it to me.

Transaction Summary means when you transfered freight charges to our account then you received a pdf file in which your payment transaction related all information (like your corresponding bank name, freight charges transfered by you, Our company's account no etc.) mentioned on it.

Is it OK for you that we issue the Transaction Summary? We paid for the shipping fee by a bank's online system. The bank doesn't provide a formal transaction receipt for online transactions. What should we include? Is including the transaction date, the payment amount, your bank's name and account number, and our bank's name and account number good enough?

書かれた内容から考えて、銀行がオンラインでの送金に対し送金確認書のようなものは発行してないので、自分達でTransaction Summaryを発行してもよいかという文章にしました。
