  退会の電話しても、自動音声で何言ってるかわかりません。

怪しいサイトかもしれませんね。

そのサイトはありますか？

（サイトは削除され、クレジットから月額のみ引き落とされ騙されたと思うと言う人もあり→クレジットカード会社に連絡する）

サイトがあればサイトの中に退会方法が記載されていると思います（一例：Registrationのページの最下部のTerms of Serviceをクリックし、terms & conditionsという文書の中に「退会したい人は、support@****にメールを送ってください」）
