TEX epsファイルが開けません.

ペイントでpngファイルで,そのあとに,EPS-conv でepsファイルに変換して下記のコマンドを用いて,実行したのですがうまく表示されません
すいませんが、教えてください

\begin{figure}[htbp]
\begin{center}
\includegraphics[width=10cm,keepaspectratio]{example}
\end{center}
\end{figure}


エラー文でさ
Cannot get C:\Users\Li\Desktop\TEX用\example.eps
とでます。TEXファイルと写真などもすべて同じファイルなのですが実行できません。

\includegraphics[width=10cm,keepaspectratio]{example}

でなく、拡張子もつけて
\includegraphics[width=10cm,keepaspectratio]{example.eps}
としてみてください。
