以下の日本語をどう英訳したらよいのか分かりません。

は、
Take the train after the next one.

２つ隣の電車に乗りなさい。は、
Take the train beyond the nearby(or nearest) one.

空間的な意味であることをどうしても表現したい場合は、

になりそうですね。

catch not the next train but the one that comes after that.

get on the train, not the one that is sitting immediately next to this one,but the one that is sitting behind it.

ちょっと言いまわしが良くないのですが、誤解がなく、２本後,２つ隣を強調する意味で、
「次のではなくて、その次の列車、」という表現をしてみました。

あるいは，

Catch the train after the next.

でしょうか？

ここで，（時間的に）「次の次の電車」も（空間的に）「隣の隣の電車」も，

the next train but one

というのが面白いですね。

ただし，上の表現はイギリス英語を参考にしています。
アメリカ英語ではどういうんでしょうかねぇ？
