I am the oldest of three (the only daughter). My dad has died, and my mom insists on having her own funeral service at "The Smith Funeral Home." This is a place that I would rather not give our business to.

＝ここ（ The Smith Funeral Home）は、私はむしろ・どちらかというと、～したくない
場所です、というように訳せます。that は関係代名詞。would rather not (do) は、むしろ
～したくない、という意味です。そこで、問題は、give our business to ~ の意味ですが、
"our business” とは、商売や仕事、ではなく、母親の葬儀執り行うという、三人の子供た、
が為すべき本分・努めのことを言っていると考えられます。
⇒ ここは、私にはむしろ、私達の為すべき母親の葬儀を任せたくはない場所なのです。
