expectationの使い方

expectationの使い方を教えて下さい。
たとえば「私の、生徒に対する期待」を和訳すると、どうなるのでしょうか？
my expectation upon studentで良いのでしょうか？

toward　を選んでみたいと思います。

upon は on　の方が使われる気もしますが、どちらでもいいと思います
