英語の意味が分からない！ it will be with order

it will be with orderの意味が分からなくて困っています。

海外通販でストロボを購入したのですが、
保証書が入っていなかったので販売会社
に以下の問い合わせをしてみました。

There was no written guarantee. Please give the written guarantee to me.
保証書がありませんでした。保証書を下さい。

販売会社からの返答
Dear Valued Customer,

What guarantee??? If you mean warranty it will be with order.
もしあなたが保証のことを言っているなら、「それは注文と一緒にあるでしょう。？？？」

it will be with orderってどういう意味なのでしょうか？

英語力のある方のアドバイスを待っています。

多分相手は送付物と一緒に保証書があると思っています。

質問の文章は「注文品と一緒にある」で良いと思います。まず保証書が無い事を伝えて下さい。
例）Do you mean that the paper warranty is included in the shipment? No,it isn't.Please mail the warranty to me ASAP.
