BINDのログ

BIND９で以下のようなログが出力されているのですが、
内容があまり把握できませんので、どのような意味なのか
教えて頂けないでしょうか？

１．

この間root-serversに変更がありましたけど、hintsファイルは更新されましたか？

daemonが再起動してるだけに見えますが。

クライアントにWindows 2000(or XP)をお使いではないですか？
（DDNSオプションがOnになってると思います。）
