Ｆｒｅｅ ＢＳＤでＦＤを使いたい

　FreeBSD5.0でフロッピーディスクのフォーマットとマウントの方法がわかりません。よろしくおねがいします。

手元のFreeBSD4.7で今やってみました。

# fdformat /dev/fd0

まではいっしょなのですが
そのあと
write error :2879
newfs wtfs -writecombine: Invalid argument
とでてしまいます。おわかりになりましたらどうすればいいかおしえていただけないでしょうか？
