解決策を教えていただきたいです。

最初のエラーメッセージから判断すると

SCM.exe というアプリの設定ファイル (〜\MSI\SCM.exe_Url_zv0ikcohnhzptbjtykvepncdk0ijftla\12.14.9242.0\user.config )が破損したかなんかで、正常に読み込めない、というもののようです。


当該ファイルを削除(またはバックアップへ移動)すれば、これまでの設定は消えますが、動作はするのではないか、と思われます。
試してないし、責任も取りかねるので、あくまで自己責任で。
