Turkish Airlinesにおける忘れ物について

初めて質問させて頂きます。
先日、Turkish Airlinesを利用した際に荷物を忘れてきてしまいました。当航空会社に問い合わせたところ、無事忘れ荷物は見つかり、①自身でイスタンブール空港まで取りに行く、②代理で別の人or cargo company が取りに来る、の二つの選択肢が取れると提示されました。
私は、②のcargo companyによる代理受け取りを考えており、具体的なcargo companyはどこがあるのか問い合わせたところ、以下のような回答を受領しました。
Unfortunately there is no such a service like this on Turkish Airlines. The responsibility of the properties left belongs to the owner.
In order for your property to be received by another person or cargo company on your behalf, you must provide the following information and documents.
First of all, we kindly ask you to send us by e-mail the name and surname of the person who will receive your property. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot deliver your property even if your other documents are complete.
In order for us to deliver your property to someone other than you, you must obtain a notarized power of attorney (which must clearly state that it is for the property forgotten at Turkish Airlines, the record number of the property and the details of the person authorized). (We can only accept powers of attorney in Turkish or English).
Our passengers abroad are required to contact the consulate if there is no notary public in their region. Unfortunately, delivery of property cannot be made as the documents received from law offices are not accepted by the Customs
Additionally, we kindly ask that you send us by e-mail a photocopy of your ID card/passport, an image of your boarding pass or ticket, and that the person who will receive your property brings these documents with them.

ここで2点質問なのですが、
①具体的にcargo conpanyとはどのような企業が挙げられるのか？（DHLやFedexのような国際物流企業が該当する？or ヤマト運輸の国際宅急便等の日本の企業によるサービスで利用可能なものはないか？）
②利用可能なcargo compamyが仮に見つかったとして、次のような手順で荷物の配達を運送依頼をすれば良いという理解で間違いないか？
=>a)トルコ領事館にてnotarized power of attorneyを発行してもらう
b)cargo companyに依頼をし、必要な情報及び、notarized power of attorneyを提供する。
c)運送してもらう

本来、航空会社に上記内容を確認する方がより正確だとは理解しておりますが、やり取りを通して欲しい回答が得られそうにないと感じたことに加えて、類似した質問に対する知見がある方がいるのではないかと考え今回質問させてもらいました。

追加です。
自分で行って受け取りのが最も短時間かつ確かな方法でしょう。
1月～2月ならエコノミー往復で10万円以下の航空券があると思います。
仁川発券ならもっと安いはず。（日本/仁川間の航空券の料金が問題ですが、LCCを使うなどすれば総額は日本発券より安くなることも）

で。
忘れた荷物の価値、ご自身にとっての価値がその料金に値するかどうかの判断ですね。これはご自身にしか出来ないこと。。。

国際宅配便業者はこういった面倒で危険のある仕事はしません。

クレジットカードの海外デスクなどで相談するべきですね。
手続きも業者の指示で行うことです、自分で先にしようとすると不備で駄目になる事もある。

一番簡単なのは自分で取りに行くことですね。

こういった場合はこうした掲示板に質問されるより旅行時に加入していた海外旅行保険会社（クレジットカード付帯を含む）に相談されるのがよいでしょう。

彼らなら事例もたくさん持っていると思いますので。
