hostsファイルが書き換えられている？

hostsファイルがいつの間にか購入時とは違う状態になっていました。
Spybotを入れたのでそれが原因なのかな？と思ったのですが…

このままでも大丈夫なのでしょうか？

まさにSpybotが挿入した文字列のようですね。

挙げられているサイトは基本的にスパイウェア・アドウェアの供給源として悪名高いところのはず。そこにアクセスしようとした通信を127.0.0.1(確かコンピュータ自身を指すIPアドレスだったはず)にねじ曲げて、感染を未然に防ぐための処置でしょう。

そういうサイトは利用できなくなることが想定されますが、そもそも積極的にスパイウェアを仕込みたいって人でもなければ問題ないのでは？
