hostsファイルにIPアドレスを追加する

例えば、iPhoneの広告対策スレ

で>>20の方が、広告対策hostsファイルをUPしています。
http://www.geocities.jp/qgdjg589/hosts.html

そのファイルに、他のレスで有志の人が書いている「127.0.0.1 ～～～」という情報は
そのhostsファイルにどのように追加したらいいのでしょうか？

適当な行に入れるのでしょうか？

hostsファイルを開けば下記のような localhost 設定が見当たりませんか。
