1. If I use this "一回利用レンタサイクル" "電動自動車" , how much money I have to pay？
2. When is the latest return-back time？
3. If I use this "一回利用レンタサイクル" "電動自動車" , and return-back at 21:00,
how much money I have to pay？

1. There are 2 choices.
One time rent: 100 yen for first 60 minute, and 100 yen for every additional 30 minutes. 1000 yen is maximum for the day.
One day rent: 500 yen until midnight.

2. It's available for 24 hours.

3. If you use one time rent, and you start to use the bicycle at 9 am, It'll be 1000 yen at 2:30 pm (It means 5 hours and 30 minutes). After that until midnight, the rate will be the same (1000 yen). If you use one day rent, you'll save money.
