自分のpcがハッキングされたようなメールが来たのですがどうすればいいですか？

ハッキングして情報抜きとったという脅しのメールが来たのですがどうすればいいのでしょうか？
以下の文章によると全てのデータおよび連絡先もアップロードしたからあと2日以内にお金を払わなかったら全ての連絡先の人に晒すと書いてあります。
しかも画像が送られてきて見てみたらいつも僕が開いているデスクトップ画面の上にウイルスソフトが入っているファイルを開いている画像(2ヶ月前)でしたので、結構ガチめに乗っ取られたっぽいです。
因みに先月Twitterが乗っ取られていたので、慌ててパスワードを変えてそれ以降特に変化はありませんでした。

  貼ってくださったURLのメールと比べてだいぶ長文な上に的を得た情報が書かれているのですが、本当に無視しても大丈夫なのでしょうか？
  2ヶ月ほど前に複数のウイルスっぽいソフト(脅威)が検知されたので確認したら、本当に入っていたのでハッキングされたことはガチだと思います。今そのソフトはもう削除済です。
