≪ATTENTION:Your mailbox quota is full !!≫という変なメールが届きました。。

唐突ながらお尋ねします。

当方に変なメールが届きました。


A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced)
because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded.

The following is the reason that the message was over quota:

Available mailbox: 0
Total mailnox: 10240000

The following is the information on the message that was bounced:

Sender: OKWeb <[e-mail]>
Subject: [OKWeb] QuestionToday 20030526
Size: 7052
Message ID: <[e-mail]>
Date: Mon, 26 May 2003 03:18:03 +0900
Reply-To: [e-mail]

To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox, and contact
the sender to resend the message.

If the size of the message is too big, contact the sender to reduce the
size of the message and resend the message.

みると差出人がどうやらokwebからの回答があったという通知です。それにネット上で登録しているメールマガジンからのメールもこのような形式で送られてきました。
いつものメールとは違います。
どのようにすれば通常のメールが受信できるようになるのでしょうか？ご教授ください！

メイルボックスの容量が10MBで、その容量一杯にメイルが溜まって、もうこれ以上、メイルを溜められません(受信できません)ということです。

To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox
→この問題を解決する為には、幾つかのメッセイジを貴方のメイルボックスから削除してください。
