フォトショップCS５がインストールできない

フォトショップ　CS5　EXTENDEDの学生版を買いました。
インストールしようとするとIDをいれたあとで「Exit Code: 7」から始まるエラーが出るのですが、英文なので一体なにが起きているのかわかりません。

ヘルプを参照しても、そこ英語なのでよくわからないのですが考えられる原因はなんでしょうか？

OSはvistaです。

その肝心の英文すら書かないと言うことはこの質問はネタで嘘の質問と言うことですね。

悪ふざけの嘘質問は駄目ですよ。

すみません、以下英文はエラー詳細だと思っていたのでエラーコードだけで判別できるものだと勘違いしておりました。

サポートの方でアドビ関連ソフトを全て消してからDLしなおす、という方法を教えてもらい自己解決しました。
