ActiveMovie Control のダウンロード

あるファイルをダウンロードしたのですが、ActiveMovie Controlが必要なんです。私のＰＣにはActiveMovie Controlが入ってないようなのです。マイクロソフトのＨＰの「ダウンロード」のコンテンツを検索したのですが、見つかりませんでした。どこかで入手する方法はありますか？

英語読めるでしょうか？MSには下のように書いてありました。

ActiveMovie is automatically installed when you perform a Full installation of Internet Explorer and is also available from online services as a self- extracting file named Amov4ie.exe. ActiveMovie is not installed when you perform a Typical or Minimal installation of Internet Explorer.
要するにIEをフルでインストールすると入るようです。
単体での入れ方は私にもわかりませんでした…
Amov4ie.exeというファイルが関係しているようですがそれ以上はわかりませんでした。
