アンドロイドで英語のニュースサイトを見ている時に、わざわざ辞書アプリを起動せずともタップ等してそのまま英語の意味が調べられるような機能がほしいのですが（つまりパソコンで言うマウスオーバー辞書ですが）、そのような機能が得られるアプリ等はあるでしょうか?
